Speed is the feature.
Everything else is furniture.
I build single-file websites with zero trackers. They load in about a third of a second and score 100 for performance on Google's own tests. Accessibility is checked by hand against WCAG 2.2 AA, which no score can tell you. The numbers are public. Check every one.
The demo comes first. You only pay if you keep it.
This page, measured while you read it
Your browser measured these itself, for this page, on your connection, just now.
Typical figures until your browser measures the real ones via the Performance API. Reload and it measures again.
Median mobile page, 2,164 KB, from the HTTP Archive Web Almanac 2025 (July 2025 data). The green bar is not a rendering error. The page really is that small.
The receipts
My own business runs on a site built exactly this way. It's live, it's ranked, and Google will grade it for you in ten seconds.
Verify it: put jcmwindowcleaning.co.uk into pagespeed.web.dev. It's Google's test, not mine. Last checked 27 Aug 2026.
Why the obsession pays
What I do differently
No secret. Just discipline most of the industry gave up on.
One file, hand-built
No WordPress, no page builders, no plugin stack waiting to slow down or break. The whole site is a single file I can read every line of.
Nothing loads from anyone else
No fonts from Google, no chat widgets, no analytics beacons. Third-party scripts are the slowest thing on most sites. Yours will have none.
Compressed harder than hosts bother to
Pages are pre-compressed at maximum quality at build time, not squeezed lazily on the fly. Repeat visitors get an answer in about 1.1 KB of headers and no page body at all.
Images encoded properly
Modern formats, sized to the layout, checked by eye at full zoom, never just run through a plugin and hoped for.
Tested where it's hard
Cheap phones, throttled connections, short screens, keyboard only, screen readers. Accessibility is built in, not bolted on, and checked by hand, because the score cannot see most of it.
Measured after every change
After every deploy I check the live site: byte counts, headers, scores. If anything has regressed, it doesn't ship.
What you're paying for
Speed is the headline. Here is the rest of what a zip.ms site quietly does for you and your visitors.
Accessible to everyone
Screen readers, keyboard and high contrast, plus Plain English and Easy Read. Scores 100 for accessibility.
No cookie banner
No trackers, so nothing for visitors to consent to and no cookie-law hassle for you.
Secure by default
HTTPS throughout and no third-party scripts, so there is no database, no login and no third-party code to leak.
Found on Google
Clean code, structured data and a sitemap, built to be read and ranked.
Nothing to break
No plugins going out of date like WordPress. It just keeps working.
Yours to keep
You buy and own your own domain name, so you can leave any time. No lock-in.
Always online
Watched around the clock by an independent monitor. See it on the scoreboard.
Light on the planet
A page a fraction of the usual size uses a fraction of the energy to serve.
Recent work
Every project is live. Test any of them yourself, or see every score in one place.

One monthly price. That's the whole thing.
Build, hosting, updates, and the performance obsession, all for one price. Ask and I will tell you what your site would cost. No setup fee and cancel any time. You buy your own domain name — a small yearly cost — so it stays yours, not mine.
- Designed, written and built for your business
- Hosting and updates included
- You buy and own your own domain name. Leave any time and keep it
- The demo comes first, free, so you can judge the speed before you pay a penny
Fair questions
Fast usually looks bare. Will mine?
You're looking at the answer. This page carries the animation, the layout and the polish, and still arrives in one round trip. None of it had to be stripped out to get there.
Why is it so much less than an agency?
Because there's nothing to mark up. No page-builder licences, no plugin subscriptions, no ad-tech, no meetings about meetings. One person, one file, done properly.
What if I need bookings or payments?
Payment links and booking tools can be added without dragging the site down. The trick is keeping them off the first load. If your needs outgrow a single file, I'll say so honestly.
Can you prove mine will be this fast?
That's what the free demo is for. I build your actual homepage first, you run it through Google's test yourself, and only then decide.
Send me your business name. I'll send back a demo.
Or send your current website and I'll reply with its real numbers, and what they'd become.
